    Such an amazing read. I could not put it down. It kept me interested and I've learned many new things about the correct and wrong ways to diet. Christmas has been a huge inspiration of mine for the past year. If I did not run across her on social media, I would have never been where I am today; making better, positive, life choices. The best part is that she makes everything so simple so that even I could understand the basic knowledge behind health and nutrition. I can't wait for her next book!
  • Useless without exercise diagrams

    This book is not very useful for those that have a knowledge of healthy dieting practices. I bought the book to learn about the exercise regimen. Unfortunately, the diagrams for the exercises are not available in the electronic version. WASTE OF MONEY!
