A great how-to manual for beginners, and a very good book for experienced cooks. It is written in an easy to read format, with enough recipes to keep you grilling for a long time. The directions are easy to follow, and with the iPad format, taking the recipes to the kitchen, or to the grill, is a snap. Outdoor cooking should be fun, not a chore. Mr. Raichlen's book has the kind of information you need to enjoy it!
