I really enjoyed reading this book, it is nicely laid out quite to the point with good sets of examples and resonates with me quite a lot. I tried the exercises prescribed and the worked wonders, I also saw how teams operate effectively and with “flow” and how amazing the results can be and this book captures it all. I would recommend this book to any leader who wants to both improve his personal and his team’s performance. I am taking the lessons form this book with me to my work environment and I am confident I will see great results.
